All Crowd Catering Pty Ltd was established by Russell Cronk in late 1970’s who observed that much of the food offered for sale at ‘crowd’ type venues was not only of poor quality, but was also poorly presented and served to long queues of increasingly frustrated customers trying to get the attention of less than enthusiastic employees. He believed that he could not only do better than this, but that he could do better at prices that did not leave customers feeling they had just been ‘scalped’!
With a simple approach that emphasized customer satisfaction and motivated staff the company grew rapidly to include such events as:

At all of the above events we have catered to the public and corporate guests with numbers ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 public and over 2,000 corporate guests at any one time.
Our corporate clients have included some of Australia’s leading companies such as Shell Australia, Mitre 10, Pirtek, Cummins, Caltex, Mobil, Boral, Carlton United Breweries and many more. We have also catered for Government dignitaries including the Governor General and Members of Parliament at functions such as Australian and Queensland Surf Lifesaving Championships and Australian Rowing Championships.
At present All Crowd Catering has an administration of eleven who manage over 150 semi-permanent staff and over 250 casual employees
The company is also the holder of a ‘Limited Catering’ Liquor Licence in Queensland.
